About the role
- Ensure that clients' needs are met.
- Manage the project process, including controlling schedules, budgets, and deliveries.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables, aligned with client objectives and Jellyfish standards.
- Combine hands-on execution with day-to-day team leadership.
- Coordinate with company partners and project teams to support daily delivery.
Requirements
- Advanced/Fluent English (client and team are based in the USA).
- Solid understanding of core project management principles.
- Experience with task, time, and resource management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Wrike or similar).
- Familiarity with waterfall and agile methodologies.
- Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of technologies and processes used to deliver digital projects within an advertising agency.
- Ability to produce clear reports and presentations.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management within an advertising or marketing agency.
- Experience creating scopes, schedules, budgets, managing deliverables, and leading cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Flexibility to adapt to new processes or directions.
