About the role
- Deliver creative insights and social media strategy to ongoing clients with a vision on growth opportunities
- Work with the ideation team on incoming paid social creative campaigns
- Lead the social creative strategy for existing clients, providing strategic solutions from positioning through to creative briefs, shaping of campaign and creative output on social media
- Demonstrate curiosity for understanding our client problems and find a balanced solution with paid, organic and earned approaches
- Understand how the platforms are evolving, how culture and behaviors are changing and bring insights and hypotheses into your work
- Be the 'lightning rod' for innovation across several platforms, shaping narratives that resonate with a spectrum of audiences
- Work with the Content, Creative & Brand Strategy team to ensure campaigns are unique and align with broader brand goals
- Build relationships with all partners, nurturing relationships between the agency and its clients, translating complex strategies into understandable, inspirational and plans
- Data-Driven Decision-making: Utilize social listening to inform strategic decisions, ensuring a data-driven approach in all aspects of planning.
- Innovation and Trends: Stay up to date with trends and innovations to inform planning and strategy
- Build partnerships with creative, media and data/market intelligence, demonstrating leadership with these teams
- Inspire creative teams with difference when it comes to jumping off points and platform nuances for execution
- Shape work, push creative to be the absolute best and inspire clients with your expertise
- Harness deep and insightful youth culture references and an understanding of diverse audiences, cultures and trends
Requirements
- 5+ years experience working with the world's best brands across the tech, lifestyle, entertainment or sports sectors, in a Creative Agency environment
- Experience in broader marketing roles and social specific positions
- Experience demonstrating a creative output across a diverse media mix such as digital, paid media, organic social
- Demonstrate empathy, deep cultural understanding, and a talent for unearthing groundbreaking concepts and social content creation
- Evidence from your own work to show you have progressively advocated and included diverse voices within their strategies
- Experience working on social campaigns with e-commerce measurements that demonstrate an understanding of full customer journeys and creator/influencer campaigns
