About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead technology projects from conception to completion
- Work closely with Global Business Analysts to ensure clear requirements
- Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget
- Engage with stakeholders and vendors to maintain momentum
- Foster a collaborative team environment through regular meetings
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Identify potential project risks and lead problem-solving processes
- Promote continuous improvement by encouraging team feedback
- Secure and allocate project resources effectively and support onboarding of team members
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management
- Experience with agile teams
- Exceptional leadership skills focused on mentorship and team development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with complex technical integration projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong commercial awareness with cost control ability
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Familiarity with Monday.com is an advantage
- Commitment to collaborative work and driving team success
