About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Enabling data‑based decision makers in the business.
Analysing data and reporting operational support.
Answering and triaging tickets as they come in.
Performing Root Cause Analysis across multiple platforms, data sources, and reports.
Working in Agile methodology with the broader D&A team.
Holding regular training and learning sessions with the business to enable Self‑Serve Analytics.
Educating and inspiring the business in the art of the possible with BI, reporting, and dashboards.

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 1 year as a Data Analyst or data related experience.
Experience with SQL preferred.
Experience in Power BI or similar visual reporting tool required.
Proficiency in Excel.
Demonstratable experience in building out analysis and reports.
Great organisational skills & excellent communication skills.
Ability to work to fixed deadlines and SLAs.
A logical mind, and likes to use data and evidence to support findings.
