About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Administering and optimising Jellycat’s Aprimo Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform
Ensuring the system is effectively configured and maintained to support design workflows, asset organisation, and metadata tagging
Overseeing user access and permissions
Providing ongoing support and training to internal stakeholders
Providing administrative support to the Design Team and the Senior Technical Design Manager
Monitoring timelines, conversion rates, and Design team KPIs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with Aprimo or similar DAM based system
An understanding of file organisation and digital storage
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Excel and creative asset formats
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
A methodical approach to reviewing and checking work
The ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and will be highly organised
An interest in learning new systems, processes and skills
An interest in design or creative industries
The ability to maintain discretion with confidential information
