About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and implement all production operations and shop activities
Provide direct leadership to assigned areas of production
Act as a liaison between upper management and hourly employees
Develop and manage team member’s performance based on KPI’s
Assure that activities and personnel are maintained in accordance with plant goals
Assist with safety awareness programs and performance evaluations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's or Associate’s Degree in a related field
1 to 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the window and door industry
5 to 7 years of applicable work experience, to be determined by plant management
Knowledge of raw materials, preferably for door and window applications
Experience in production and manufacturing process improvement techniques
Demonstrated leadership, technical aptitude, and problem solving skills
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
