About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for accurately maintaining detailed records of inventory, including: physical inventory, orders, transfers and cycle counts
  • Performs appropriate adjustments on inventory levels
  • Ability to critically think and research discrepancies, as it relates to inventory levels
  • Reconcile quantity discrepancies between stock and record
  • Develops, recommends, and implements new processes and procedures when necessary
  • Works with warehouse leadership to ensure procedures are followed, as it relates to inventory used
  • Lead teams to perform inventory counts and maintain accurate levels
  • Assists with physical inventory

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous inventory control experience
  • Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel
  • Previous clerical experience in a warehouse/transportation setting
  • Leadership capability
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or similar environment is preferred, but not required.
