About the role

  • Partner with the VP of Sales to optimize existing revenue models
  • Translate the company's strategic plan into actionable multi-year sales strategy
  • Maintain overall responsibility for revenues, pipeline management, and all sales and channel management
  • Utilize Salesforce.com to drive sales productivity across a team in outside sales personnel
  • Lead and manage the sales organization and ensure the implementation of financial and performance objectives
  • Cultivate and foster strong working relationships with external and internal stakeholders
  • Attend key trade and customer events
  • Actively monitor changing market conditions
  • Help develop new business opportunities and core areas for growth
  • Drive the talent management strategy in the sales organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university
  • 10+ years of professional experience, including 3 to 5 years in management/leadership roles
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, CRM, and project management tools
  • Travel required: 35% or greater
