Production Specialist
JELD-WEN, Inc.CNC KOMO operator responsible for setting up and operating CNC machinery at Jeld-Wen in Ludlow, VT. Ensuring quality production and meeting efficiency goals while following safety protocols.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for the operation and set-up of the CNC KOMO and computer software
- Manually move core from stacks onto machine
- Run programs and stack core onto off-feed rollers
- Perform quality checks multiple times per shift
- Continuously monitor the CNC for quality production
- Perform daily, weekly, monthly preventative maintenance on the CNC
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be able to stand for duration of shift
- Must be able to reach
- Push, pull, twist and turn upper body
- Occasionally lift 75 pounds
- Follow established company safety policy & procedure
- Meet established efficiency, quality and production goals
- Read production schedule, product codes and batch tickets
