Office Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- manage a team and demonstrate excellent communication, inclusiveness, and collaboration skills
- work with top management in scheduling, bookkeeping, and coordination of meetings
- oversee Inside Sales, Production Control, Order Entry, Scheduling, and Materials Management
- manage reception areas and ensure effective customer relations
- provide leadership and training to accomplish company goals
- assist in performance reviews and corrective actions of staff
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Associate's Degree in a related field with 3 to 5 years experience in manufacturing
- prior knowledge and experience with SAP
- basic knowledge of production and manufacturing processes
- demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office
