About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare monthly journal entries related to the assigned cost centers
Assist the manager and Financial Planning with forecasting and budgeting for departments
Record and monitor Fixed Assets and Leases in software (SAP & LeaseController)
Monitor AUC (Assets Under Construction) and capital approvals, working with project owners to ensure depreciation at go-live
Prepare account reconciliations and perform analyses on related accounts
Become an expert in SOX Controls, assist Manager in the preliminary and annual audit performed by external and internal auditors

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in accounting
Up to three years’ relevant experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience with financial accounting software (OneStream, SAP) is a plus
