About the role
- First point of contact for HR support
- Handle inquiries via ServiceNow, phone, and chat
- Process HR transactions in SAP SuccessFactors
- Onboarding new colleagues and maintaining employee data
- Supporting leave of absence cases and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
- Assisting HR Business Partners with day-to-day needs
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in HR administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Comfortable navigating HR systems
- Fluency in Swedish and English (additional languages a strong advantage)
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (strong advantage)
