About the role
- Monitor daily timekeeping activities, ensuring accuracy, policy compliance, and timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Coordinate and track employee learning and development programs, including new hire orientations, training calendars, and attendance.
- Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and escalating complex matters to HR leadership as needed.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of compliance reports and HR documentation in line with company policies and local labor regulations.
- Maintain and safeguard employee records with confidentiality and accuracy.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and process improvements.
- Conduct research, data analysis, and employee surveys to inform HR initiatives and improve employee engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to support business and talent needs.
- Support end-to-end recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating assessments, and onboarding.
- Perform other HR-related duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in HR, ideally in a generalist or multi-functional role.
- Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (formerly GSuite) and HR information systems; experience with timekeeping or payroll systems is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Willing to work onsite at Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.
