About the role
- Own regular cadence listening reports surrounding social conversation and sentiment across multiple brands and platforms.
- Tackle ad hoc listening requests made by leadership.
- Synthesize data from multiple sources to tell a well-rounded story.
- Identify and translate social trends and insights into actionable ideas and strategies.
- Provide social insights and recommendations to internal creative partners to inform future content.
- Work very closely with community engagement team to ensure those in need of support or solution are prioritized.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in research and insights.
- 3+ years of social media analytics and insights experience.
- At least 1 year of dedicated social listening experience.
- Shown expertise with market leading social media tools, Sprinklr experience preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft programs – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Teams and AI tools a plus.
- Multi-tasker is highly organized and meticulous and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills focused on telling a story with social insights and the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to be strategic and dive into the data to answer research and business questions.
- Must be comfortable with client presentations and feedback.
