Support **program execution strategy** across multiple products and platforms, including launching new initiatives (0→1), accelerating delivery, and improving execution quality
Write and optimize **advanced SQL queries** to collect, transform, and analyze data, identifying trends and insights to inform decision-making
Build and maintain **dashboards, reports, and visualizations** to communicate findings and support real-time operational decisions
Leverage **AI agents and AI-assisted tools** to automate workflows, accelerate analysis, and prototype operational solutions
Proactively identify execution risks, develop **data-backed mitigation plans**, and communicate tradeoffs and updates clearly to stakeholders
Drive general **program management** activities, including dependency tracking, prioritization, and cross-functional alignment, with a strong focus on technical rigor and accountability

Requirements

8+ years of experience in **product operations, program management, consulting, strategy, or technical operations**
Strong proficiency in **SQL**, including complex queries (CTEs, joins, window functions, aggregations, transformations)
Hands-on experience using **AI-assisted tools or agents** to accelerate analysis or automate workflows
Expert-level proficiency in **Google Workspace**, especially Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, documentation, automation)
Proven ability to manage **multiple concurrent workstreams** independently
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with a track record of using data to anticipate and resolve execution challenges
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
