About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist in managing the high volume of applications received throughout the admissions cycle
  • Support conversion of admitted students into enrollments
  • Support the new student onboarding process

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Ability to follow policy and process instructions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required
  • Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Less than 1 year of experience with student information systems or CRMs preferred
