About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Acts as the primary visitation representative for hospital patients, empathizing with patients and their family
Responsible for proactively managing any identified concerns

Schedule: rotating days- 11:30am- 8pm
rotating weekends and holidays

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School graduate or equivalent preferred
Prefer college experience or higher education
3 – 5 years of prior customer service experience
Must be organized, able to do multiple tasks, be flexible and able to travel among the hospital sites
Ability to read and communicate in the English language
