About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • leading the physician relationship management (PRM) team focused on growth by earning referrals from employed and independent providers
  • creating, implementing, monitoring and measuring the results of referral development plans based on the strategic and operating plans
  • oversight for the regional field team including recruiting, onboarding and training

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in business, healthcare administration, or public health administration required
  • Demonstrated experience and leadership in sales and sales management required
  • 7 years of sales experience, with physicians and/or health care provider setting
  • Demonstrated management of healthcare sales teams in an outcomes-based environment preferred
