About the role
- Manage onboarding and offboarding workflows including device provisioning, account setup, and access management.
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests.
- Maintain device inventory and oversee MDM tooling.
- Administer SaaS tools and user permissions; audit access periodically.
- Support IT security initiatives including MFA enforcement and SSO configuration.
- Document IT processes, runbooks, and policies.
- Identify gaps in our tooling or workflows.
- Partner with Finance and HR on procurement and budget tracking for IT spend.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role.
- Fluent in English
- Solid working knowledge of macOS and Windows environments.
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace administration (groups, policies, audit logs).
- Familiarity with MDM solutions such as Jamf, Kandji, or Mosyle.
- Working knowledge of SSO and identity management (Okta, Google SSO, or similar).
- Strong troubleshooting instincts.
- Clear written communication.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote-first, async environment.
- Experience at a fast-growing startup or fintech company a plus.
- Familiarity with security frameworks or compliance programs (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
- Scripting experience (Bash, Python, or AppleScript).
- Experience with network administration, VPN configuration, or office infrastructure setup.
