About the role
- Technical Deployment and Maintenance
- Preparing BR-100 documentation
- Support and develop reports in Oracle BI tools
- Running SQL queries to identify and resolve application issues
- Opening and updating SR’s and coordinating with Oracle support team
Requirements
- Strong 5+ years’ experience in providing Oracle Applications support
- In-depth knowledge of the oracle modules, AP, AR
- Knowledge of Oracle tables and writing SQL queries
- Experience in the Workflows process within Oracle
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in the English language, and customer focused demeanor.
