About the role

  • - Manage agenda, priorities, and scheduling across multiple countries
  • - Handle email management and inbox prioritisation for the Founder
  • - Support correspondence related to business activities (including Chora and related entities when needed)
  • - Organise travel, logistics, and cross-border coordination
  • - Join meetings, take notes, and produce clear summaries with next steps
  • - Track delegated activities and ensure follow-through across teams
  • - Support operational gaps where no clear owner exists
  • - Handle sensitive personal and business matters with full discretion
  • - Gradually take ownership of coordination and selected meetings

Requirements

  • - Strong organisational and execution skills
  • - High attention to detail (no superficial work)
  • - Proactive mindset: ability to anticipate and act without constant direction
  • - Comfortable working in dynamic, sometimes ambiguous environments
  • - Strong sense of ownership and accountability
