• Act as EPM point of contact: Act as the primary point of contact for Financial and Operational Planning & Analytics, providing strategic and conceptual guidance to customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with C-level, finance, and non-finance stakeholders to translate business objectives into Jedox solutions and support organizational change processes.
• Develop customized EPM concepts: Design customized planning, reporting, and analytics concepts aligned with business needs and best practices.
• Lead design & requirement workshops: Convert business needs into scalable, actionable solution designs by leading structured design and requirements workshops.
• Drive end-to-end implementation: Ensure that drive solutions are implemented successfully, providing measurable business value and sustainable customer adoption.
• Manage complex project landscapes: Use modern project management tools to manage complex, parallel project workstreams, including timelines, resources, risks, quality and transparent documentation.
• Shape solution architecture: Contribute to scalable Jedox solution architectures and influence product development through structured customer feedback and innovation input.
• Coach and mentor consultants: Support junior consultants and work closely with the Go-To-Market teams, in line with the #OneTeam and customer success cultures.

Artificial Intelligence

• In this role, you guide the strategic and operational development of the AI innovation function across the Jedox Platform.
• You work closely with engineering leadership, coordinate cross-department initiatives, ensure KPI-driven delivery and support continuous capability development within the AI innovation team.
• Lead the engineering platform AI innovation team to deliver continuous KPI-driven innovation in a multi-cross-functional environment.
• Work with VP Engineering and engineering leadership to align platform AI innovation with company, product and engineering strategy.
• Drive AI innovation team development, including capacity planning and capability growth.
• Act as strategic lead for engineering platform AI innovation together with the Engineering Leadership Team.
• Manage budget planning, cost controlling, reporting and cost savings for the AI innovation team.
• Coordinate with the AI Innovation Competence Center, product managers, consultants, customer success, support and cloud operations.
• Manage cross-entity collaboration for performance-focused AI innovation delivery.
• Drive adoption of AI-related innovations and research outputs on the Jedox Platform.
