About the role
- Overseeing the successful execution of a new client mandated training program designed for field leadership
- Managing end-to-end coordination, stakeholder communication, and quality assurance across sites and phases
- Serving as the central connector between jobsite leadership, facilitators, administrative staff, and the workforce development team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, education, business administration, construction management or related field (Required)
- 8+ years of experience in human resources or related field (Required)
- Construction industry experience (Preferred)
- Exposure to learning and development or training (Preferred)
