Support Technician, Domínio System

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide telephone support for the Domínio system’s Fiscal/Accounting (Escrita Fiscal/Contabilidade) or Payroll modules.
- Ensure information provided to customers is clear and concise.
- Ensure support is efficient and focused on resolving issues.
- Understand the customer journey and the processes required to address each request.
- Act as an intermediary for requests related to adjustments and fixes in the products offered.
- Practice and promote the organization’s expected values and behaviors.
- Stay up to date on innovations in the solutions provided to customers and on relevant changes in legislation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in Fiscal/Accounting or Payroll areas.
- Degree or ongoing studies in Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Prior experience in customer support.
- Ability to work with targets and achieve results.
- Ability to adapt to established work processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate in a team.
