End User Support Technician
JDPA LIMITEDEnd User Support Technician providing remote technical support and managing user accounts at JD Power. Ensuring hardware/software operations, troubleshooting, and Office 365 support for a leading data intelligence firm.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage user accounts, including adding, removing, and updating group memberships and passwords.
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve desktop issues for end-users, including remote support.
- Install, configure, test, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
- Respond to incoming calls, tickets, and emails regarding technical issues.
- Perform installs, moves, adds, and changes (MAC) for hardware and software setups.
- Provide support for Office 365 applications across PC, Apple, and mobile platforms.
- Liaise with third-party vendors and maintain inventory of physical, virtual, and software assets.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrable experience in technical support or desktop system administration.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward learning and growth.
- Experience with Office 365 applications and account management.
- Effective communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Intune would be considered an asset.
