About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with senior and executive leaders across multiple P&Ls
- Act as a trusted advisor on leadership, talent, organizational effectiveness
- Translate business strategy into people cycle plans
- Coach leaders on effective performance management
- Support talent assessments for critical roles and skills
- Use data to inform talent recommendations and measure impact
- Manage complex employee relations issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of progressive HR experience
- At least 5 years as a People & Culture (HR) Business Partner
- Partnering with senior and executive leaders in complex environments
- Performance management, succession planning, workforce planning expertise
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Excellent coaching, communication, and influencing skills
- Proficiency with O365 and Workday or comparable HRIS
- University degree in HR, Business, or equivalent experience
