Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience
  • At least 5 years as a People & Culture (HR) Business Partner
  • Partnering with senior and executive leaders in complex environments
  • Performance management, succession planning, workforce planning expertise
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Excellent coaching, communication, and influencing skills
  • Proficiency with O365 and Workday or comparable HRIS
  • University degree in HR, Business, or equivalent experience
