About the role
- Customer Success lead for multiple OEM clients (domestic and import)
- Establish yourself as an expert in the automotive industry using data analytics
- Work with clients on recurring engagements to optimize budgets in pricing, profitability, and demand planning
- Regularly present to and interact with high-ranking automotive OEM executives
- Develop and present actionable insights based on pricing and sales data
- Identify and pursue opportunities for business development among existing and potential clients
- Support development of data analytics leaders in the Customer Success organization
- Mentor junior analysts and support their development
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in consulting / finance / analytics or sales
- MBA highly desirable
- Auto industry experience a must, ideally in sales or finance
- Desired skills include Data analysis, Problem solving, storytelling, communication, leadership level presentations
- Ability to think quickly on your feet
- Consulting experience highly desirable
- Ability to interact effectively with people including senior management
- Desired software experience in Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, SQL
- Thrives on tackling difficult problems in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Requires 25-30% travel
