About the role
- Be a team player with the customers in focus.
- Maintain and improve the level of customer service.
- Acknowledge customers and maintain awareness of their needs.
- Select appropriate stock for the customer and provide alternatives.
- Make customers aware of new stock or future requirements.
- Ensure courteous and responsible service to customers.
- Attend to and sell to as many customers as possible.
- Deal with multiple customers simultaneously as needed.
- Familiarize with stock layout to maximize sales potential.
- Ensure promotions and stock presentations are current and effective.
- Maintain standards on the shop floor and keep stock presentable.
- Replenish stock levels and ensure correct pricing.
- Comply with company rules and regulations.
