About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and execute the European out-of-home (OOH) strategy across all markets
Ensure PUDO and locker networks complement each other to maximise customer coverage, operational efficiency, and cost savings
Identify new business opportunities and innovative OOH solutions supporting network growth and carrier efficiency
Own the European PUDO strategy and roadmap
Develop strategic partnerships with retail and PUDO network providers
Define and continuously improve PUDO fulfilment, in-store, and delivery SOPs
Own business requirements and the feature roadmap for the PUDO fulfilment platform, collaborating with Product and IT teams
Define the European locker strategy aligned with the overall OOH vision
Develop partnerships with external locker networks to expand customer access and create commercial opportunities
Define locker fulfilment SOPs and operational standards
Lead development and evaluation of JD Logistics' own locker network and technology pilot
Lead the central European OOH team and manage country Team Leads responsible for network expansion
Guide local teams in partnership development and ensure execution follows central strategy and operational standards
Monitor country performance, identify structural issues, and drive continuous operational improvements
Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Product, IT, Procurement, Legal, and Customer Service teams
Lead cross-functional projects and ensure delivery of strategic priorities across Europe
