About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintaining and strengthening relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnership.
  • Serving as the liaison between clients and internal teams (warehousing, transportation, delivery, systems, etc.), coordinating resources to ensure timely response and resolution of client needs.
  • Conducting regular business reviews with clients to jointly improve operational processes and continuously enhance efficiency in daily operations and exception handling.
  • Helping clients with resolving order exceptions, verifying logistics tracking information, and handling abnormal incidents such as lost or damaged goods.
