About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintaining and strengthening relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnership.
- Serving as the liaison between clients and internal teams (warehousing, transportation, delivery, systems, etc.), coordinating resources to ensure timely response and resolution of client needs.
- Conducting regular business reviews with clients to jointly improve operational processes and continuously enhance efficiency in daily operations and exception handling.
- Helping clients with resolving order exceptions, verifying logistics tracking information, and handling abnormal incidents such as lost or damaged goods.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 负责客户的关系维护与拓展,确保客户满意度及长期合作关系。
- 作为客户与公司内部团队(仓储、运输、配送、系统等)之间的对接人,协调资源确保客户需求得到及时响应和解决。
- 定期与客户进行业务回顾,共同改进业务流程,持续提升日常运营及异常处理效率。
- 协助客户操作业务系统、解决异常订单、核实物流轨迹、处理货物丢失破损等异常事件。
