About the role
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.
- Manage key accounts, ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service and building long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, customer service) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitability and sustainability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales eCommerce/3PL/Contract Logistics industries.
- Strong knowledge of logistics, transportation, and supply chain solutions is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
