About the role
- Design, build and rollout of cross-channel CRM campaigns across email marketing, in-app communication and the notification center
- Development of automated trigger-based journeys to activate, re-engage and retain relevant audiences
- Implementation of personalized messages, dynamic content and intelligent delivery logic
- Identifying optimization opportunities for content, timing, frequency and audience targeting
- Running A/B tests and deriving data-driven recommendations to scale successful tactics
- Ensuring compliance with brand guidelines, legal requirements (in particular GDPR) and technical standards
Requirements
- End-to-end management of CRM campaigns across email, app and notifications
- Building and maintaining audience segments based on behavioral, transactional and profile data
- Analyzing KPIs such as open rates, CTR, conversion rates, opt-in/opt-out behavior and customer lifetime value
- Creating and coordinating relevant content elements for email templates, app components and notification messages
- Using and evolving the CRM tools, marketing automation platforms and customer data systems in use
- Close collaboration with brand marketing, performance marketing, product management, data and customer service
