💰 $90,000 - $110,000 per year
About the role
- Support the execution on assigned projects, primarily for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers project sites.
- Develops project schedules and executes according to plan.
- Reviews engineering drawings for accuracy and compliance
- Manage the selection, scope of work, procurement, quality and payment of project materials, vendors and subcontractors
- Negotiates, prepares and issues subcontracts
- Ensures that assigned projects are done accurately, on-time, billed within budget and within scope of the contract.
- Adheres to and ensures project personnel and subcontractors adhere to all safety standards, internal policies, and US Army Corps of Engineers requirements regarding health and safety.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working with project management, project engineering, project coordination, or a similar field
- Proficient in Project Management software, including Microsoft Project
- Technical competency reviewing engineering drawings for accuracy (redlines, as-builts, etc)
- Ability to obtain and maintain required government security clearances as needed. (This involves a background/character, criminal history, employment, and credit check.)
