About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform all duties in accordance with safety policies and procedures
  • Set up and adjust machines to equipment specifications
  • Troubleshoot and repair machinery mechanically and electronically
  • Perform checks and setup of capping components
  • Perform machine audits, repairs, and preventative maintenance on Cappers
  • Install, commission, and set up Cappers
  • Diagnose problems, dismantle machines, replace defective parts, and reassemble machines
  • Complete service reports timely
  • Provide training to customers and coworkers alike
  • Engage in equipment testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4-6 years Capping service experience a plus
  • Minimum two-year technical school training in related field preferred
  • Basic computer skills including iPad and smartphone
  • Manufacturing experience in food and beverage industry preferred
  • Valid U.S. Driver's License
  • High level of dedication to safety and quality
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts
  • Ability to travel outside of the US
  • Ability to lift, carry, move, etc. up to 50 pounds
