About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the Master Data Center of Excellence and the Data Migration team
Partner with transformation programs, Enterprise Architecture, and business stakeholders
Drive enterprise initiatives across Master Data Management, Data Quality, and Governance
Support enterprise transformation and ERP-related programs with strong data management practices
Establish and maintain governance standards, processes, and operational controls
Drive continuous improvement in data quality monitoring and governance processes
Collaborate closely with Data Engineering, BI, Architecture, and business teams
Support implementation of scalable governance and operational frameworks

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in Data Management, MDM, Governance, or related disciplines
Prior leadership experience in Data Management or Governance functions
Strong understanding of Data Quality, Governance, Master Data, and Data Migration practices
Experience supporting enterprise transformation or ERP programs
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, fluent in English
Experience with enterprise data platforms and governance processes
Experience with automation or AI-enabled data management capabilities is an advantage
