About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform performance maintenance and setup work on all JBT Marel products
Set up and adjust machines in the field to equipment specifications
Install, commission, and set up JBT Marel filler/seamer products in customer facilities
Diagnose problems, dismantle machines, replace defective parts, and reassemble machines
Perform machine audits, repairs, and preventative scheduled maintenance
Conduct inventory of new equipment prior to start of installation
Provide training to customers and coworkers when applicable

Requirements

What you’ll need

4-6 years of mechanical/electrical/controls experience OR field service experience
Two-year technical school training or related field experience preferred
Basic computer skills - including iPad and smart phone, use of email, Word, Excel, etc.
Experience working on seamers, Blenders or Fillers, and Capping equipment, preferred.
Manufacturing experience in the food and beverage industry preferred.
