About the role
- Overseeing all site-level programs related to environmental, safety and health compliance
- Managing daily EHS operations while ensuring adherence to OSHA, EPA, insurance, and corporate requirements
- Leading the development and continuous improvement of policies, procedures, training, permitting, and record keeping to maintain a safe and compliant workplace
- Driving key EHS initiatives for the business unit, aligning efforts with company objectives and supporting ongoing performance improvements
- Maintaining regulatory compliance and ensuring the right to operate
Requirements
- 10 plus years of progressive leadership experience in Environmental, Health and Safety management
- CSP certification is a great to have
- Bachelor's Degree in EHS or technical fields, or equivalent experience in industry
