People Operations Generalist – Recruiter

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals
- Define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles with hiring managers
- Conduct screening calls and assess candidates for skill and culture fit
- Coordinate interviews and manage the hiring process efficiently
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience
- Own onboarding logistics for new hires
- Partner with managers to ensure new employees succeed
- Support HR systems, employee records, and documentation
- Assist with employee relations matters and escalate when appropriate
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5 years of experience across both recruiting and HR operations
- Full-cycle recruiting experience
- Hands-on experience supporting core HR functions
- Experience in CPG, food, or beverage, and/or a fast-growing startup environment
- Familiarity with HR systems (Rippling or similar)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and good instincts for people and culture fit
