About the role
- Own and scale: TikTok, Meta, Pinterest, and Snapchat campaigns end-to-end.
- Support the team with high-volume creative launches and ad optimizations ( 500+ ads per week ), executed manually with zero errors in setup, targeting, or budgets.
- Strategize, launch, and manage high-scale campaigns with precision and speed.
- Build and run frameworks to find hooks, angles, and formats that scale profitably.
- Analyze performance daily using MTA tools, GA4, and internal dashboards to optimize CAC, spend efficiency, and scaling decisions.
- Manage full campaign infrastructure: audiences, bidding (CBO/ABO), segmentation, and budget pacing.
- Monitor and adjust campaigns—including nights and weekends—to maximize performance.
Requirements
- Have 3+ years managing Meta ads at scale ($1M+/mo) and have personally managed $10k+/day in spend on TikTok AND another major platform.
- You live in dashboards, love data, and always seek signal over noise.
- Willing to grind, check accounts on nights/weekends, and constantly push for more.
- You build repeatable processes and test frameworks, not chaos.
- You excel at explaining performance via Slack, weekly reports, or Loom updates.
- Must work US EST hours.
