About the role
- Train all new users on our tools and platforms
- Respond to incoming issues with prompt and relevant solutions
- Collect customer feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of our solutions
- Provide follow-up and support to users through multiple appropriate communication channels
- Actively participate in shaping and structuring the customer department
- Meet with users to strengthen relationships
Requirements
- Degree in business/marketing or engineering
- At least three years' experience in customer relationship management
- Fluency in Danish and German; an additional European language is a plus
- Managerial and project management skills
- Significant experience in a high-growth company (SaaS experience is a plus)
- Proactive, responsive, bold, and adaptable to a fast-changing environment
