About the role

  • Provide friendly, precise 1st line support via ticketing system, video calls, and phone calls
  • Care for Benelux customers on at least two product lines
  • Act as the voice of the customer and internal product referent
  • Work on side projects to develop the support team and company
  • Provide feedback to product team to improve software

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer care/client-facing role
  • Fluent in Dutch (C2 level) and fluent in English
  • Strong technical skills are highly advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer experience
  • Experience in troubleshooting tech issues
  • Customer-centric approach with empathy
  • Team player & collaborative attitude
  • Adaptable and open to learning new things
  • Receptive to constructive feedback
