About the role
- Provide friendly, precise 1st line support via ticketing system, video calls, and phone calls
- Care for Benelux customers on at least two product lines
- Act as the voice of the customer and internal product referent
- Work on side projects to develop the support team and company
- Provide feedback to product team to improve software
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer care/client-facing role
- Fluent in Dutch (C2 level) and fluent in English
- Strong technical skills are highly advantageous
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer experience
- Experience in troubleshooting tech issues
- Customer-centric approach with empathy
- Team player & collaborative attitude
- Adaptable and open to learning new things
- Receptive to constructive feedback
