About the role
- Lead 0 to 1 projects, designing new experiences from the ground up.
- Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Create user-friendly, business-focused designs that align with brand guidelines.
- Conduct user research and apply data-driven insights to inform design decisions.
- Lead design workshops and review sessions to align on direction.
- Collaborate closely with front-end engineers, guiding design implementation.
- Manage end-to-end UX project tasks with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product design experience preferably in the fintech space.
- Expertise in Figma and Jira for design and collaboration.
- Strong experience with responsive web application design.
- Ability to work within and expand reusable design systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Experience designing for business applications, ensuring intuitive UX for partners and merchants.
- Ability to be in-office at least 3 days per week
