About the role

  • Lead 0 to 1 projects, designing new experiences from the ground up.
  • Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Create user-friendly, business-focused designs that align with brand guidelines.
  • Conduct user research and apply data-driven insights to inform design decisions.
  • Lead design workshops and review sessions to align on direction.
  • Collaborate closely with front-end engineers, guiding design implementation.
  • Manage end-to-end UX project tasks with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product design experience preferably in the fintech space.
  • Expertise in Figma and Jira for design and collaboration.
  • Strong experience with responsive web application design.
  • Ability to work within and expand reusable design systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Experience designing for business applications, ensuring intuitive UX for partners and merchants.
  • Ability to be in-office at least 3 days per week
