About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas to meet the hotel's standards and policies.
Making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
Ensure that rooms are ready for guest occupancy, and report any maintenance issues to supervisors.
Able to work seven days a week, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as needed.
Maintain and organize linen closets to ensure all items needed are stocked and readily available.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent years of relevant work experience required.
Previous customer service or hotel experience is required.
Experience in housekeeping is helpful.
Friendly demeanor with excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
