About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and public areas according to hotel standards and policies.
Making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.
Ensure rooms are ready for guest occupancy and report any maintenance issues to supervisors promptly.
Provide attentive courteous and efficient service to guests, contributing to the overall guest experience and satisfaction.
Ability to work seven days a week, including weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
Responsible for adhering to key checkout procedures to maintain key security.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, dust all surfaces, and clean mirrors, fixtures, and floors.
Restock supplies such as glasses, linens, stationery, and bathroom amenities.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in hotel facilities

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent relevant work experience.
Previous customer service or hotel experience preferred.
Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
