About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Overseeing nightly hotel operations
Ensuring accurate guest billing
Maintaining financial records
Providing exceptional service during late-night hours
Serving as a Manager on Duty during the hours of 11pm to 7am
Checking guests in/out, processing payments, and handling AYS duties.
Reconciling guest service agent paperwork and credit card transactions.
Posting room charges, distributing folios, and reconciling gift shop and banquet paperwork.
Running daily close-out reports, processing night audit, and maintaining the front desk log book.
Handling guest mail, messages, and faxes, ensuring timely delivery.
Following safety protocols and working under rotating shifts, including weekends and night shifts, as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum one year of hotel front desk or accounting experience preferred.
Strong communication skills and ability to perform basic math calculations.
Ability to analyze data and make decisions regarding guest check-in/out processes.
