About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Department to maximize selling time and revenue generation.
- Coordinate and service group bookings from contract through departure, ensuring seamless execution of all details and revenue optimization.
- Prepare and manage group blocks, rooming lists, and reservations within Hyatt systems.
- Create and distribute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and Group Resumes to ensure clear communication across departments.
- At the discretion of the Director of Sales, manage and support a small market segment, including quoting, contracting, and detailing business.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A service-oriented mindset with a passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative and operational tasks.
- Prior hotel or hospitality experience preferred.
