  • Test call openers and outreach approaches to see what converts across the Washington DC market.
  • Social Selling: Research the right contacts on LinkedIn and other platforms, personalize your approach, and start authentic conversations — never spam.
  • Appointment Setting & CRM Appointment Setting (Primary Win): Book the win. Qualify interest and schedule high-value appointments for the sales team, capturing clean notes in the CRM so hand-offs are smooth.
  • Pipeline Management: Own your dashboard. Track activity, follow-ups, and progress toward goals — and turn metrics into wins.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Partner with Marketing — share what's working, request creative assets, and see your ideas tested live in real campaigns.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Prior inside sales, outbound calling, or lead generation experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach and networking
  • Organized, self-motivated, and accountable to goals
  • Skilled in using social media as a business tool
  • Available full-time Monday–Friday, starting at 8:00 AM
  • Plus: CRM familiarity (HubSpot/Salesforce); B2B sales experience a bonus
