About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, Develop & Maintain: Build and maintain Jani-King's corporate websites and franchise local landing pages ensuring a consistent, high-quality digital presence across all web properties.
  • Brand & Standards Alignment: Ensure brand consistency, visual standards, and brand voice alignment across all digital touchpoints.
  • Content Updates & Enhancements: Implement website updates, content changes, and feature enhancements accurately and on schedule.
  • CMS Administration: Manage content management system (CMS) platforms and custom web applications.
  • Performance & Accessibility: Optimize websites for performance, accessibility (WCAG compliance), SEO best practices, cross-browser compatibility, and full mobile responsiveness.
  • Technical Support: Troubleshoot website issues and provide ongoing technical support to internal teams.
  • Landing Pages: Build and maintain landing pages to support marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
  • Campaign Collaboration: Partner with Marketing on promotions, seasonal campaigns, and franchise recruitment efforts.
  • Develop digital promotions including display banners, digital ads, and branded graphic assets.
  • Support email marketing efforts including content layout, visual design, and deployment of email communications.
  • Administer and support HubSpot for CRM integration, landing page management, and campaign tracking.
  • Manage CallRail including generating tracking numbers, configuring call workflows, and coordinating with field representatives and IT on issues and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain ZoomInfo data integrity; identify and contact Regional Directors to resolve duplicate or conflicting records and posts.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4–6 years of experience in web development and/or digital marketing; a combination of both is strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; experience with HubSpot CMS, WordPress, or similar content management platforms
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, CallRail, and/or ZoomInfo preferred
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent design and video editing tools
