What you’ll need

  • Strong working knowledge of modern development workflows, generative AI tools, and how to use them effectively
  • Experience making sound architectural and technical trade-offs in ambiguous situations, with a clear track record of writing secure, maintainable, and reliable code across the full SDLC
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and uplevel more junior engineers through example, code review, and collaboration
