About the role

  • Build tools that streamline pre-appointment steps and intake forms
  • Collaborate with engineers, technical leaders, and cross-functional teams to deliver features
  • Participate in execution of technical projects and inform complexity
  • Contribute to the codebase as a hands-on engineer
  • Maintain and enhance a high-quality, highly observable system

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability in delivering Full Stack projects end-to-end
  • Hands-on coding experience, preferably with Ruby on Rails or other OOP languages (Java, C#, Python, etc.)
  • Experience with Typescript/React on the front-end
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in agile environments or with incremental delivery
  • Collaboration experience including mobbing or pair programming
  • Experience working through ambiguous problems
  • Knowledge of monitoring and observability patterns
