About the role

Build tools that streamline pre-appointment steps and intake forms
Collaborate with engineers, technical leaders, and cross-functional teams to deliver features
Participate in execution of technical projects and inform complexity
Contribute to the codebase as a hands-on engineer
Maintain and enhance a high-quality, highly observable system

Demonstrated ability in delivering Full Stack projects end-to-end
Hands-on coding experience, preferably with Ruby on Rails or other OOP languages (Java, C#, Python, etc.)
Experience with Typescript/React on the front-end
Great verbal and written communication skills
Experience in agile environments or with incremental delivery
Collaboration experience including mobbing or pair programming
Experience working through ambiguous problems
